this ensures a high quality product and an easy process from start to finish.

starting with dry rough lumber from the mill, it is cut and put through a series of machines to achieve straight, square, and parallel stock. that is used to make face frames, each is made to order. they're fastened together using jigs to keep them perfectly square, joined with pocket holes and glue, then put through a wide belt sander so they're perfectly flat. they're ready to move on to the next step...

after the cabinet box is built and glued to the frame, it may require a return panel on one or both sides. we shape the desired profile in the stock, cut, cope, and glue them to the face frame then sand it all smooth. now we have a nice strong corner and things are coming together...

after everything is fit, we bore holes for the Blum soft-close door hinges.  if there is drawers, we fasten the full extension soft close concealed drawer runners by Blum. with a final sanding of the doors/drawers, face frame, and side panels, it's time to move to the finishing room...

after the face frames are made, we construct the 3/4" plywood cabinet box using pre-finished maple veneered plywood. this is glued to the face frame and ensures the solid wood frame stays straight and true. this process dramatically increases the strength of the pocket hole glue connection in the face frame. our standard cabinet boxes are finished with a 1/2" plywood back, and 3/4"  for floating vanities...

now it's time for the doors and drawers. using more stock from step one, we profile the wood like the return and glue them together similar to the last step. sometimes it's nice to have the horizontal lines on the panel in step 3 line up around the corner with the doors and drawers we're now making.  after flattening the doors, we carefully cut them to fit into the face frame...

our finishing technique is professionally sprayed with two coats of primer, and two coats of the custom color. after everything is painted, it's time to attach the doors, and install the drawers. now the cabinet is ready to ship/ install!
